Where we restore the balance in our internal relationships and our cosmic relationships. We heal from the "real world," detached from Mother Earth and we practice the connections that we used to have through stories of matriarchies, invitations to talk to our feminine selves (males and females), and happy little healing games.
Nobody knows why the heck we're here anyway, and when we have the power to connect to ourselves and others, we can build lives that we enjoy. We can find the support we've been missing, build communities, and even create futures of peace for the children of our world.

To know a bit about me, my name is Helena, Goddess who guards the underworld, and the sister of Thor. Lol. That's what my buddy in the photo says anyway, and besides my name, I suppose my life was pretty typical USA until college where I studied matriarchies, anthropology, got my psychology degree, and started following a sort of egalitarian/ hunter-gatherer life style because of its kindness and good results.

As happenstance had, I also got married, had a kid, got very, very sick, and had my first conversations with Death Herself. With each hair I lost, Death would ask me, "whats important to you?" She'd get louder, "why dont you focus on that? You only have a year left." she'd said. "Maybe three." The doctors didn't know what was going on with me, heck, I kept loosing weight, and growing tumors, and testing "fine."
As happenstance had, I also got married, had a kid, got very, very sick, and had my first conversations with Death Herself. With each hair I lost, Death would ask me, "whats important to you?" She'd get louder, "why dont you focus on that? You only have a year left." she'd said. "Maybe three." The doctors didn't know what was going on with me, heck, I kept loosing weight, and growing tumors, and testing "fine."
But something else happened to me too because I became a mom, and that was the first time I met the Goddess. This powerful, shared, and ancient relationship (motherhood) was an overwhelming experience. Like I was a guardian of the Earth, not the Underworld. Lol. and I realized that all of my relationships were supposed to feel like this and they didn't and that was where I wanted to focus for the next few years of my life. So as the doctors kept testing me, I started experimenting with my own healing. Relationship healing. Emotional healing.
Now its 10 years later, my hair is regrown, my goiter is gone, and I'm living out my dream, with my family, in a camper on the boarder of Belize, learning from the women of the matriarchy!! I'v cried for the first time since childhood, I'v healed addiction, and my 17 year marriage is the best it's ever been because my husband and I have stopped abusing each other and we've started care-taking each other.

So I'm sharing what I'v learned here. The games that worked for my family triggers, parent triggers, and couples triggers. Everything at your own pace with opportunities to connect, and I continue to share what I learn so that you can heal what hurts you, and create more space for the feelings you WANT to experience in your life.

Why feminine? Because its time for the world to remember Her and for us to remember the half of ourselves that is feminine. We cant heal our emotions without going through the feminine side of our brain, the right side. Our right side primarily processes emotions, our left side, primarily logic.
Using mostly meditations, emotional processing, feminine chakras, journaling, Goddess Theory, sex and body positivity, Gentle Parenting, and Shadow Healing, the games on this site (both free and paid) work toward increasing our capacity to feel good, becoming more familiar with ourselves and our relationships, and creating the conditions we need for equality and compassion with ourselves, and with others.
